Superbly stylish is this 1930's Art Deco bust of a female, standing 42 cm high and 22cm wide , made from terracotta, this bust makes the perfect statement piece. Condition is good just small chip on the base , please see photos. The sculptor Bohumil Rezl was born on September 17, 1899 in Czechoslovakia. He migrated to Paris, France in 1926 where he began to create models for the manufacture of Villenauxe. In 1933 he then moved on to Villenauxe-la-Grande to work at the factory. He returned home to Czechoslovakia in 1951.
