This wrought bronze statue with black patina "African Woman Profile" was designed by the Austrian artist Karl Hagenauer (1898-1956) in the 1920s. The bottom of the statue is hand-engraved with "Atelier Hagenauer Wien", "Made in Austria", logo "WHW" which stands for Werkstätte Hagenauer Wien.
