
Exceptional limited-edition (1/100) hand-engraved frosted glass vase titled "Diana" depicting a young woman with wreath head decoration and a flowing dress with a symbol of the sun designed by Erté / Romain de Tirtoff. The vase is signed "Erté" and produced by Sevenarts Ltd.
This vase is in excellent condition.

A little note about this talented artist: Romain de Tirtoff was a Russian-born artist/designer who, as a young man, moved to Paris where he was later commissioned to design a monthly cover for Harper's Bazar (which he did and started working for HB from 1915 to 1937) and was also involved in designing theatre, opera and ballet stage sets, costumes and many others.
